ミサワホームは4月23日、戸建木造住宅ブランド「GENIUS」の新商品「彩日の家」を全国（沖縄県を除く）で販売開始した。「日本の心を育む」をテーマに設計、蔵や縁側といった伝統的な日本家屋の良さを現在によみがえらせたという。

彩日の家の最大の特徴は収納。GENIUSブランドではこれまでも、日本古来の収納 FFXIV rmt
空間である蔵を現代風にアレンジして1.5階に備えていた。しかし、従来はものの出し入れが横からしかできなかったが、彩日の家では2階の床にある専用ハッチを開ければ、蔵の上からも出し入れできるようになっている。暮らし方に合わせて、蔵の入口は3方向に増やすことも可能。ミサワホームでは、「蔵の高さが1メートルと低いため、内部で動きやすいように上か rmt cabal

また、彩日の家では、縁側を「人が自然に集まる居心地の良い空間」と定義。屋外からフルオープンサッシを通じて屋内まで続く土間床を設けており、開放感を演出している。
ミサワホームでは「ある程度、成長した子どもを持つ40代夫婦がターゲット」とコメント。参考価格は土間床仕様が2679万6000 redstone rmt
